The Village at Wintergreen in Keystone, CO will provide workforce housing to Vail Resorts seasonal employees and to Summit County employees. The multi-building development features laundry facilities, a playground and dog park, a community garden, and bus services. Given & Associates provided the Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical design for the project, which achieved Enterprise Green Community Standards. The available workforce housing units are broken into units that are rented-based on low-income housing tax credits, units that are rent-capped based on area median income, and units that are rented to Vail Resorts seasonal employees. The project includes four prototype buildings, totaling 12 buildings on the site with 196 Units.
