We provided the Mechanical and Electrical engineering design of this multi-family project in Telluride, CO. The project is a single building, multi-story condominium development with a 12,000 SF mechanically ventilated parking garage below the building. Our scope involved the design of 12 unique unit designs of which eight are two-level, and four are three-level, as well as 3,000 SF total spa and pool areas.
