We provided the Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Engineering design for a 15,000 SF remodel/addition to the Wellspring Church in Englewood, CO. The remodel area consisted of approximately 10,500 SF which is comprised of the entire first floor of the sanctuary building and a large restroom group remodel in the adjacent Classroom Building. There was also a building addition of approximately 3,000 SF to the front of the Sanctuary Building. This will have a mom’s room, coffee shop, workroom, and main entry lobby.
