We provided design work for approximately 1,000,000 SF at this Highlands Ranch, CO facility. Our design included hydronic heat pump, central aqua-therm,and VRF systems for seven separate independent living buildings, and AL-MC building, a large dedicated community center, and an SNF building.
Our design scope for Erickson Living covers independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing buildings on several campusesacross the country.
Most buildings have a strong community function attached or inside them, encompassing commercial kitchens and dining spaces, multi-purpose spaces, offices, and clinics.
