This first Woolley’s Classic Suites is located close to the Denver International Airport in the Gateway Office Park.
It is a new four-story, 200,000 SF, 191 guest unit hotel. Our design included Plumbing, HVAC, and atrium smoke exhaust systems. Amenities include meeting spaces, coffee shops, spa/fitness facilities, banquet rooms, a full commercial restaurant and kitchen, 16,000 SF and four-story tall atrium with skylight features, and an indoor pool.
